CCM comunication with a Micrologic unit monitoring whit DCE
Hello I have five CCM module conected to a five Micrologic Unit, when I add the devices to my DCE these generate a Intermittent communication.
Someboy know the solution of this problem?

There is no one solution, you'll need to troubleshoot.
If these devices are communicating via SNMP, k-base FA226273 may help as it goes through a number of troubleshooting steps.
If these are modbus devices, you'll still want to look into increasing timeouts and retries. You may also want to verify that no other BMS is polling the devices in question either via IP or serially so that there is no interference. You may also want to verify if all devices go into lost communications at the same time or at different times. Is there a specific time they go off line or is it random? There are many things you need to look at including the state of the devices when they appear to lose comm.
