We previously had Netbotz 400 series, which worked fine. Then replaced with Netbotz 750 which is actually inferior. The alarm/notifications is a step backwards.
Is there any alternative options? Mostly interested in temp, leak rope with proper alert/notificiations.
Cameras is optional, since we could find a different system for that.
Thanks!

Hello @otagg,
What features are you looking for with the 750 series alarms/notifications? I can relay your concerns to product management for consideration into future firmware versions if you can articulate some specific needs for the notifications.
Kind Regards,
Cory

Hello,
you can still order 250 version but for liquids you have only spot sensor available because rope is available only on 750 version
750 version is superior and very good as a hardware configuration and options available...unfortunately from my point of view, the software part is far from what it should be...

755's have been nothing but trouble. Have had dozens of 455's and 355's. Worked great. The 755's are much less configurable and tend to simply not work or follow the rules you set up. I would compare it to going from a brand new fully loaded laptop to a four-year old chromebook. The only advantage I've seen is the low light capability and resolution is better than the 455's. It's too bad, because we're heavily invested with StruxureWare too.

I can't respond for @otagg but as for myself, I would like to at least ahve the same configurabilty around alerting that we had with the 455's and 355's. Including, but not limited to:
The 455's and 355's just had so much more granular control. For such a good quality image, the UX is really disappointing.

Hello @Cory_McDonald,
- very slow boot
- camera disappear (work only with reset factory)
- restart button disappear (another reset to factory)
- at some point detected a spot liquid connected and after a while receive error that sensor missing(never connected a spot liquid)
- backup & restore to another device (making a mess and doubling the sensors)
- configuring to activate relay on a temp limit does not switch to inactive relay if you modify alarm with different limits(temp alert returning to normal but relay remains active and does not switch to inactive)
- timing on handle status open/close
ambiguous specs....rack access pod with only 1 door handle port(if I want to restrict access to a rack I need 2 handles......also home I do not close front door and leave it open the second one )
