Hi,
One of our customer on site received SMS alarm for high return air temperature 6553.3 degree Celsius, the threshold for this was set at 30 degree Celsius. Upon checking the DCE and the CRAC unit on site, the return temperature was in the range of 23.3 degree as shown on the DCE last picture.
I have attached the DDF file we used as well as the screenshots of the device sensors of DCE for your reference.
Screenshots of DCE.docx liebert_ds+pex.zip

I after all could download your zip-file with DDF-file inside. Directly I will tell that it is Modbus DDF-file and, if variable value is equal 65535, then it means the absent or faulty sensor. Moreover, it concerns also other sensors, which are provided at you screenshot, for example, of 65535 run-h. Therefore, most likely is not a bug or an error: just if really your CRAC unit doesn't have these sensors, then these sensors need to be hidden in the DDF-file.

Hi Yeoh Chee Leong,
If this problem is appears always, then most likely the mistake in the DDF-file made by the developer. I, for example, found it frequent, including for Liebert conditioners.
P.S.: The DDF-file attached by you is inaccessible for community.

Hi Yeoh Chee Leong,
or, ,
or I have corrected your liebert_ds+pex_MOD.zip and now in DCE nonexistent sensors like run hours won't be displayed.
P.S.: after applied the new DDF-file, the specified sensors, which value are 65535 will "Disconnected". Such sensors should be deleted in DCE, having clicked on them with the right mouse button.
