Known issues
After updating the Gateway to version 2.0.x, devices with no name can cause the communication between the Gateway and EcoStruxure IT to fail. Device discovery counts in the Gateway and IT Expert might not match, and alarm updates might not occur. Sensor measurements are maintained as expected.
Note: ATS 5G devices with 1.x firmware are known to affect communication.
Update the ATS 5G device firmware to the latest 3.x version.
Make sure the device name is set in NMC device. Log in and go to Configuration > General > Identification. Populate the Name field if it is blank.
Delete the device from the Gateway and discover it again.
