ive been noticing that loading templates with alarm settings won't work all the time.
the only way I can get the changes to save and send is if I change the parameters one at a time... such as just change under Van.. hit ok then hit send
if I make more than 1 change and hit ok and then try to hit send. it will just get stuck and won't start the downloading process.
ive been using the last few versions of ion setup.
I noticed this before a while back but the latest version back then solved the problem but now im back to the same issue again.
anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Hi Simon,
Are you experiencing these difficulties just through the Load Template setup function or even using the OnBoard Alarms/Events setup dialog? What build of ION Setup are you using (the latest can be found here)? I recently made changes to the Save Template function which had an issue with saving templates so you might want to try downloading the latest, save the file again and then see if you can paste it to another device.
If you are still experiencing issues, please send via e-mail a copy of the MCF file you are sending, details on the CM4 (OS version, model, options, etc.) and a copy of the TEMPLATE.LOG file after you've attempted to paste the MCF file to the MCF with the latest version and I'll look into it.

The issue is with both
loading templates don't work.
using the onboard alarms / events setup dialog works ONLY if I make a single change. If I make more than 1 change after I hit the OK button and then hit SEND. the setup dialog closes on its own OR it just freezes for a while. If I hit it a second time it looks like it downloads it to the meter. However after several minutes I would go back and check and those settings didn't stay.
I was using a version before the latest one you release on 4/17. I am having issues with both.

Looks like the meter is running slightly older firmware (15.030) and there might be a some issue with the actual device (I'll look into this further). Could you please try and confirm the following:
One possible solution is to upgrade the meter to the latest firmware (16.010) using DLF-3000 and seeing if the issue is resolved.

do you have a link for the latest FW?
I don't have access to the meter front display at the moment

I've put a copy of the latest CM firmware on Box.
You'll also need DLF-3000 as well to do the upgrade which should be available on www.powerlogic.com someplace.

I've placed the latest DL firmware in the same folder (13.0)
