Anyone experience this or know why I would be seeing white smoke come out of the pm 8000 on initial startup of the PM8000 after install? It doesn't continue to blow smoke but for the first few seconds it does. Is it a residue burning off the equipment or?

Hi Brenton
I've seen one smoke because the installer had put the CT into the S1, S2, S3 (digital inputs) instead of the CT inputs.. He changed out a PM500 and on the PM500 the CT inputs are labeled S1, S2, S3 😉
