Thanks for these suggestions Conved; I appreciate the time you took to provide us with feedback.
Of your suggestions, I do wonder where you aren't seeing structured navigation? Is there a specific asset you can point me to? Also, the online search functionality is quite robust. How specifically is it not measuring up? Also, the What's new section online clearly states what updates apply to specific versions of the firmware so I'm a little at a loss to understand how we aren't already measuring up here...
Some of what you propose (FAQs and Improving Consistency) is in our roadmap to improve the user experience. Some of the things you suggest are challenging to deliver; Feedback particularly is a challenge as every tool and plugin we use has to adhere to our stringent cybersecurity rules. Finally, some suggestions are simply beyond our scope to deliver. (Tutorials). Not saying these are bad ideas, we just don't have the capacity or budget to fold this type of content into help and/or there are other content avenues that provide this type of asset.
feel free to provide more details to help me better understand some of your comments. Improving the user experience is a continuous journey! 🙂

However, in the file ION9000_Modbus_Map_004.005.000, some registers do not match the values I read. Is there any way to accurately determine which register addresses the program is actually reading from?

Hello @0944689636 ,
Please note that most register 3000+ are floating point numbers that require reading 2 register. Current A is 3000 AND 3001, Current B is 3002 AND 3003. Perhaps the issue is you are trying to convert 16 bit registers values when you should be using 32 bit register values.

Charles
