There could be a few different areas of investigation. First, does your meter have COMTRADE enabled? Second, does your meter have sag/swell enabled? Third, has your meter had a sag or swell event? Have you tried using manual waveform trigger?
The waveform viewer in the web is not a real time viewer, it will only look at waveforms stored in COMTRADE that have been triggered. Trigger can be from sag/swell module or manual waveform trigger.
