Hi Expertise,
I have PM5560 installed with
- wiring system 3Ph4Wye Grounded
- VT = 3 VTs 13800/110
- CT = 3 CTs 5000/1
PM not showing MVAr value since PF reading is 1.
Customers have comparison with another metering that showing MVAr value with PF reading is 0.99
I don't know is that any change to have more accuracy in PF may be?
I attach Phasor Diagram that capture from PM5560.

Hi @ahmaddedi,
Do you know the firmware version of the meters that show and do not show the reactive power, for comparison?
Please note that a power factor rounding issue was fixed in firmware version 4.4.0:
Regards,
JD
