Hi,
Would somebody be so kind as to confirm what the requirements are required in the configuration of a PM8000 to enable CBEMA/ITIC monitoring using the in built web pages, i know was minimum we need the nominal voltage set but do we need to enable the sag/swell alarming for recording of events to be plotted on the curves?
Thanks

Hi @RichLan
You're welcome!
There is no separate document and meter's user guide is the reference that can be consulted.
As mentioned in user guide, when sag/swell limits are defined and alarming is enabled, the meter reports the magnitude and duration of the disturbance, and logs data and waveform records associated with the disturbance.
Therefore the following two items are the main requirements that needs to be configured/checked.
Configuring sag/swell alarms
Configuring sag and swell logging

Hi @RichLan
CBEMA is a plot that determines the magnitude vs duration of each disturbance which are extracted from Sag/Swell Module.
As mentioned in PM8000 user guide, Sag/Swell Log (Data Rec 5) records data for plotting the ITIC (CBEMA) curve, therefore, configuring Sag/Swell module as well as proper Nominal Voltage value is required.

Mehran, Hi, thanks for the reply
Is there a guide or tech note for the setting of the sag/swell module specifically to ensure the meter is capable of using the CBEMA/ITIC information correctly? All the user guide states is to enable alarming on Sag/Swell, is this all that is required (along with required % deviation of course)
Thanks
