PM5560 Connection Issue with ION Setup

I'm having trouble connecting the PM5560 meter (latest firmware v4.4.8) with ION Setup (v3.2.25185.01) using the Single ION Device Configuration Mode. However, it works fine when I connect to the PM8000 or ION9000. Is this mode only meant for ION devices?  I can still access the meter via the webpage. Any thoughts or advice to get PM5560 working with IONSetup would be much appreciated.

The "Single ION Device Configuration mode" as stated in the name is for ION Device only (otherwise I would of called it just "Single Device Configuration mode").

Most Basic Meter products (like the PM5000 series) are Modbus based and would also require either a port selection option to be available (since most use port 502 instead of port 7700/7443) or slow down scanning as it would have to alternate between ION and Modbus protocols when done serially (modems are not even viable using Modbus connections).

Another issue I’ve encountered is when I add the PM5560 in ION Setup—it only shows the advanced settings, and the setup assistant icon disappears.

 Is there any way to get the setup assistant to appear?
