PowerLogic HDPM6000 BaseUnit hard reset

Is there a way to hard reset this unit to the factory default settings. Currently I have 2 units which we can not ping or connect to.

Do you know if possible to reset the communications back to factory default for HDPM6000 devices?

Hello @Ian123 @Charles_Murison 

There is no option to reset the communication settings back to factory settings. 

Is this HDPM6000 meters are new one? Can you read the Modbus 12 registers from 4484 from the serial port of this meters using any Modbus application? to view the configured IP address of this meters and try to access with same series IP configuration in the laptop.

I need a solution for communications issues. I have a screen capture of the current IP address of the meter I am trying to connect to, but there is no response to ping nor the webpage. Any recommendations?
