Is there a way to hard reset this unit to the factory default settings. Currently I have 2 units which we can not ping or connect to.

Hello @Ramasamy_N ,
Do you know if possible to reset the communications back to factory default for HDPM6000 devices?
Regards,

I need a solution for communications issues. I have a screen capture of the current IP address of the meter I am trying to connect to, but there is no response to ping nor the webpage. Any recommendations?

I had this same issue but Tech Support was not able to help me, I was able to connect with modbus TCP and scan the unit to see the IP address and subnet. Even knowing the IP address settings were accurate the device would not allow a web connection. We had to RMA the unit.

Hi @Tim_Power
Just as a reminder, starting from firmware version V62.7 (V62 package), HTTPS and related functionality were added to the meter, requiring access via HTTPS (e.g., https://10.10.10.4).
In firmware version V64, HTTP requests to the meter's web interface are automatically redirected to HTTPS, ensuring secure communication.
Also, using HDPM6000 Software Manager to check if the unit's IP address is responding could be helpful.

-Mehran
