Hi all,
I have some points that are being difficult to read. L3 to neutral just comes back as a null. L1 & L2 - N are fine. All of the Float Holding registers have required + 1 to read in Niagara. The L3-N hasn't liked with or without the +1. Also, is the comms heartbeat available as a register ?
Any ideas ?
Thanks,
Richard

Hi @DickyGray,
What is the power system configuration of the meter? Some power systems may not have L3-N values.
Could you also check the meter's front panel to see if the L3-N value is shown?
Additionally, please try using the Modbus Tester to read the registers.
Best regards,
JD

Thanks JD,
We managed to get that working fine.
We have another issue. Because the contractors didnt use the ION set tool for these, nothing has been done on the logs. What we want to do, but I am not sure if this can work, is :
Have a loss of comms alarm disable the logging at the Jace, on restoration of comms, retrieve the data not captured during comms loss.
i assume I need to get the logs sorted out on the meter via ION before this work. ?

Hi @DickyGray ,
If the data log was enabled in the PM5330, you may be able to extract the data from the meter using ION Setup.
You need to navigate to the data screen view (View > Data Screens) and enter Data Log #1. Here, you should be able to see the Active Energy Delivered and Received. Depending on the data log configuration, you may have different parameters in the log, but only two parameters can be enabled. Then, select the data you want to export (Ctrl + A to select all) and export it as a CSV file.
Best Regards,
JD
