HDPM6000 system

Hi,

Can someone assist regarding the main HDPM6000 unit please? Is there any way to reset the unit back to factory default, apart from the reset button that does not perform this function. From what I can gather, this master factory reset cannot be done, which I feel is an oversight. If by chance login details or passwords get lost, this basically means that the unit cannot be defaulted back to factory settings?

If anyone knows different, can this information be shared please?

The Reset Button just re-initiates the communication without power cycling the meter. It will not reset the meter or network configuration to factory settings. 

 

When the password is lost, it may be possible to reset the webpage password to its default by following the procedure provided by tech support.
