The voltage magnitudes are too low for the meter to get any accurate reading. The meter does not use only V1 but other voltage inputs could be used depending on the signal strength.

I'm just guessing, but your voltage measurements are all around 1V, which are probably coming from aperiodic noise that has no frequency the meter can measure.
Fix your voltage inputs first, then see if you have a frequency.
