Our customer lost the original calibration certificates of energy analysers during montage. 

Can we find the certificates with serial numbers of analysers ?

   Yes, we can get the Calibration certificate using Serial number . Can you get us the serial number , so that we can provide you with the Calibration test certificates.

Dear Caglar,

   I got your email ID and serial numbers. I will email you the Documents tomorrow , As the server in factory is not reachable now. 

You can take the printout of the same and hand it over to customer tomorrow.

I have a similar issue with a customer who has lost their test certificates for PME5330 meters.

Any chance you could send the certs for the following to me please?

We have lost the Hard Copy of the said Power meter, and I'm worried, the client needs it.
