Hello @Ramasamy_N,
Do you know if PM5560 meters support newer versions of SNMP (V2 or V3) with the latest firmware?

Hello @Charles_Murison @Ahmadhamdan
The PM5500 series meter SNMP version is v1.
It does not support v2 at present in the latest firmware.

Hello @Ramasamy_N, @Charles_Murison
Is there any software/tools like Struxureware to make it as the interface connection between PM5560 power meters and SmartZone (DCIM) software by using SNMP V2 or 3?
**Connected 30 pcs of PM5560 with Struxureware software and then connect it with SmartZone (DCIM) software by using SNMP V2**

Hello @Ahmadhamdan
There is no plan to add the SNMP v2 support in PM5500 series upcoming firmware.
We will take this requirement and check the feasibility to add SNMP v2 or v3 support in future.
However, you can explore this interface to covert SNMP v1 to v3 from below path,

Hello @Ramasamy_N, @Charles_Murison
Appreciate if you can suggest an alternative power meter model to replace this existing type and can support SNMP V2 to solve the compatibility issue that we have.
Thanks

Hello @Charles_Murison
The data sheet for PM8000 series doesn't clear if that supported SNMP v2 or not and I want the sure answer before buy it because it is very expensive compared with the PM5560.

Hello @Ahmadhamdan ,
PM8000 supports SNMP trapping which my understanding required V2 at minimum.

Charles
