Hi,
I have installed 4 PM5310 Energy Meters on a 1975 Switchgear Replacing the Analog Energy Meters.
The system is delta ungrounded 13800V with 2 CT for metering and 2 VT output.
Out of the 4, 3 meters are displaying 0.02 PF . The current displayed in the meters have been verified from the Low Voltage Energy meters and ammeters. The voltage readings are also accurate.
Since the power factor is 0.02 the energy KWH, KVARH and KVA values are erroneous.
Any suggestions to test the energy meter or the connections would be appreciate

As suspected after several hours of tinkering, the VT wires were mislabeled in the 1985 Switchgear.
Two VT two CT system, Swapped the VT wires.
The energy meter is working fine now.

Hello @Hammad_Rizvi ,
Are you able to confirm the phase angle between voltages and currents?
Regards,
Charles
