Hello Yut,
Looking at the QuickION.cfg file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Tables\XXX\YYYY where XXX is the model and YYYY the display options, I see that the ION8800 meters do not include the MV-90 report option.
Likely you will need to log a case with Technical support (se.com-> support -> contact support) to have this tracked.
It may be possible to modify the .cfg file. A) Make a backup of the .cfg file and store in a safe location like desktop B) Edit the file with a text editor and replace the reports section with the text below.
Please note I do not have an ION8800 to test with right now.
