In the ION Reference 7EN02-0290-09 input of the Integrator Module
Interval Reset
Pulsing this input resets the Result, Rollover Count and Trigger Count registers to
zero. The remainder value is carried over into the next interval.
There is no such input in the picture nor in the meter (V370). Our customer found it and appreciate the function but cannot find it.
Please help me explain to customer

FYI: A quick search shows the "Interval Reset" input was added only to the ION8500 in 2002. The ION8600 and ION8650 later inherited it. I did not find the feature on any other devices/platforms.

Hello @Yut ,
In ION Reference under most if not all modules there is a statement
"NOTE: The registers and settings available in this module depend on the device or node you are configuring, as well as its firmware and template versions. Not all registers or settings are available on all devices or the Virtual Processor, and labels may vary."
v370 of which meter? ION7x50? The closest you can get is the reset input. How small is the energy being measured that the less than 1kWh remainder is outside the accuracy tolerances of the system (CTs+PTs+meter). The difference between reset and interval reset is the reminder is with reset the remainder is also set to 0.
