hello community
A customer files an issue in the database regarding a meter, where there is the name of a meter (ION8650) they entered, but another with the same name but has a suffix "-AVG1Value16" after the meter, for example: there is the meter called: "SUB_Medior" and another called "SUB_Medidor-AVG1Value16".
This new device saves data every day to the database every two hours, as you can see in the picture, the name of the data it saves is called "Power Frequency 2-hour Mean".
Going a little deeper we find that it may come from the design that the meter has in the Disegner since we found the same name in the AVG modules that the meter has. As seen in the attached image.
But we are not sure what can happen. Or if they have any idea what might be going on.
Thank you so much.

Hello @Ricardo_RM ,
You may hear this referred to as misleading source name. The simplest way to explain this is there is a collision in the database and PME is taking steps to ensure that no data is lost. There are a few different ways this could happen and will not get into all of them here. The short story is that either a label, or handle is duplicated in some way. There is nothing Meter specific about this condition it is all in the software.
Recommend taking a backup of ION_Network and 1 hour Archive of ION_Data, and sharing this with your local tech support. They should be able to help you determine where the collision lies and how to correct.
Regards,
Charles
