Hello, I have three HDMP6000 power meter in my side, one of then works normally, but the others shows strange values. One of then show a lower voltage in some circuits and the other shows low power factor, those strange values affetcs the active power and active energy values.
I searched in the user and installation manual and in the community topics but I couldn´t find what I can do to solve those values. Thanks for any recommendation to solve this problem.

Hello there, looks like something that should be investigated by technical support. Could you please create a CCC case? Thank you.

Hello @jcespedes1
Can you download the configuration file from 3 meters by using the HDPM6000 Manager and share for the analysis? while creating the ticket in CCC.

Hello @jcespedes1 ,
The easiest way to start a CCC support ticket is to use https://www.se.com/ww/en/work/support/country-selector/contact-us.jsp, select your region and country. Some counties use online forum to start, others give email address, and others a phone number. Best to use method for your county.

Hello @jcespedes1
Thanks for sharing the config fine.
This voltage mismatch seems to be the circuit configuration. Example: Channel 1,3 and 5 are grouped as 1 circuit with 3phase which reads voltage Line to Line and the channel 7 configured as 1phase which reads the voltage line to neutral.
The Power factor mismatch might be due to CT installation. Please verify the actual CT installation in respective phase 1, 2 and 3 and correct if any mismatch like all 3 CTs are installed in any one phase.
Please share following details if above configuration are fine and still the Voltage & Power factor behaviors are not fine.
1.Firmware version for head unit & branch circuit modules.
2.Branch circuit modules details.
3. Screen shot of General settings and channel config tab from meter web page.

Hello @jcespedes1
The shared images are not clear. Is it possible to share the quality images?
Please compare the phase configuration with fixed meter and this meter.
Download the meter configuration file using HDPM6000 manager and share if you did not find any difference during the comparison.
