Hello Tien Dat
"Control Board Initialization Progress…” means, it is try to reboot by itself , this kind of symptoms are observed when the unit in Turned on with the input supply, but important thing is it get disappears after sometime, so what i want to understand is, did this symptom was continuously displaying on the screen.
If the answer is Yes, then it is due to some event happened in the unit.
From the image shared, i could see Red Flag was pop-up in the HMI, it clearly determines that there could be some event in the unit.
Can you capture the fault event by pressing the Red flag, i mean when you press the Red flag, it will take you to the next screen , where you can see the fault event . Please capture a small video or an similar kind of image and share it with us.
In addition, i recommend to download the Event log file from the HMI .
Event Log screen displays events that occurred.
Touch an event to select it.
Press the magnifying glass icon to display the details for that event.
You can save the Event Log to a USB storage device.
Once it is connected, press this icon to save the file.
In addition to that, please collect the commercial reference , unit serial number and is the unit is standalone or connected in parallel.
Note: After collecting all the detail, i recommend you to raise a BFO case through your country "CCC" team, Customer Care Center. Here below attached the link in both English and Vietnamese

Thanks, Arunprasad,
I send the nameplate of the product, event log, T&C file as an attached file.
The active harmonic filter appears in this message only with unit status 1/4. After appearing this message, then PCS+ could not permit it to run.
We will send you a video about red flags as you guide later
Notes, the unis operates in standalone mode

Press the Red flag and capture the Event that display in the HMI.
Please raise a BFO Case in CCC, we don't use this forum to discuss more in detail.
So again i request you to raise a case and add the details to the BFO Case.
