Integration of SEL relays into PME

Hello.  Has anyone had experience integrating SEL relays or RTAC into PME?   Can they be set up to look and act like a power measurement meter, PMxxxx?  Is there an add-on driver for this?

or do you have to use an actual PMxxxx meter and configure modbus (or other) comms to poll the data into the PMxxxx meter first?
