Good day,
Im trying to add a new ION 9000 Rev 004.005 Fact Revision to a 2023 R2 PME Platform but i was unable to get all the information in Vista en Designer. Looking at the fmwk folder and didnt find the version of the meter. Where can i download the right version to get the full integration with the PME Platform?

Hello @jlorcaz ,
As Mehran has said, the best location to ask this question is the PME forum. One item to note, the .fwn file in the V4.5.0 .Zip file from se.com can be copied to the default framework folder in PME to be used with Designer.
As for Vista Diagrams, you may need to get a copy of files from PME2024, and well as the Windows Registry DeviceInfo specific for the meter.
Regards,
Charles

Hi @jlorcaz
If the meter has a default template, in new versions of PME, it is possible to delete the existing file(meter name + serial number.cfg) in the 'nd' folder (config\diagrams\nd). Then, copy the .fwn file from the meter's firmware zip folder to the PME\config\fmwk\nd folder. When prompted, select the copied file.
Please note that, this forum is dedicated to Metering & Power Quality. To get assistance on this topic(PME), kindly post your question in the EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert forum.
Best Regards,
