I have a bunch of ION 7330 meters that I am talking modbus to. My issue is that for all of the meters but one they are on a 480/277/208/120 volt gear. There is one that is on the main coming into the site which is a 13,800 volts or so. The modbus registers are set up as 16 bit, which corresponds to a max voltage of 6553.5 volts. The meter is reading 14,000 volts so the modbus register is maxing out. I cant seem to figure out a way for it to read the correct data. All of the other registers that I have pulled in are working/reading correctly.

Please check the following link with similar topic in Metering & Power Quality forum:
ION 7350 reading Vll give 6553.6
As mentioned in that topic, you need to modify the related Modbus Slave Module in Advanced mode of ION Setup(hold control key and select the meter), -> Modbus Slave Modules -> Modbus Slave x and disable the Scale by setting the MSR1 Scaling to No from Yes or set the InFull and OutFull accordingly.
