Hi
In my demo kit METSE92040DEMOK I have upgraded to firmware to 003.001.000 (needed to test this function with ION Setup) but now lost all data records. Is it possible to import a demo firmware again to have some data records to show ?

Hi Anders - the demo meter will need to start accumulating new records. If you are using PME to demo, you should be able to access the historical records previously downloaded before the upgrade was performed. You can write energy accumulator values back to what they were before the upgrade, but this will only affect records recorded from that point forward. Any discrepancies could be manually edited in PME as well.
