Dear Experts,
I hope you are fine. I've been writing to let you know about a problem we're experiencing with an ION8650A device. The meter display does not light up correctly, despite having made brightness and contrast adjustments. We have come to the conclusion that the problem could be related to the Backlight lights, although this assumption is pending confirmation.
It should be noted that we have purchased two meters and the problem only occurs in one of them.
I attached the meter configuration report, as well as its template. I am also attaching photographs illustrating the problem we are facing.
We would appreciate your assistance and guidance to resolve this issue. If you require more details or additional information, please do not hesitate to ask me.

To confirm, the back light timeout is set to 1s (Display option module), if you set this to a larger number such as 300, does that help?
If that does not help likely tech support would be next best step. Possible meter may need to be returned but confirm with tech support first.
