Hi Experts,
I am having some communication problems with my ION8650 V4.2. The device is currently communicating by ION protocol through its Ethernet port. When we try to communicate by DNP3 simultaneously, the ION8650 stops logging data. According to the ION8650 User Guide, it is possible to communicate up to 8 protocols simultaneously.
I have attached the Meter Configuration report and the Template for your reference.
I would appreciate any help you can provide in troubleshooting this issue.
Thank you,

Hello @JuanMQT,
Sadly not a lot to go on for this topic. Suggest you contact technical support to start a troubleshooting case. Would be great if possible to get ethernet packet capture of traffic to and from meter (ideally at switch level with port forwarding to computer running something like Wireshark.
Does the DNP time sync the meter by chance?
Would also be good to include meter's event log and logging from the meter showing the missed logging intervals and if possible DGD logs, technical support should be able to help you collect the DGD logs.
Regards,
Charles
