A customer is trying to change the sign convention in their ION8650 device from IEEE to IEC standard.
Firmware V004.040.001
Going through the Power Meter Module > Power Meter register list, the setting is not there.
Has this register been placed elsewhere? Is it missing in this firmware version?

Hello @Ian_Gariepy,
This register is not missing, it is not supported on the meter. When you look at ION Reference you will see the following statement in many places. "NOTE: The registers and settings available in this module depend on the device or node you are configuring, as well as its firmware and template versions. Not all registers or settings are available on all devices..."
ION8650 does not support the option to change to IEC PF convention.
Regards,
Charles

NOTE: A simple custom Arithmetic module can be created to compute any PF ratio using any convention required.
The "IEC" convention is the simplest as it is the simple ratio of real power (kW) and apparent power (kVA). You can multiply by 100 to provide a result in percentage if required.
