Hi All,
We are having an issue trying to use the Lastest ION Setup to upgrade the firmware of a ION 9000 which has v2.0. We have tried upgrading it it version 2.1 first but it's coming up with the following.
There's a screen capture attached.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
It's not allowing the process to continue and asking for the meter to be Downgraded/Upgraded to v1.4?

By the looks of the log file, you are using the wrong IP port for standard ION communications:

502 is typically used for Modbus TCP, while ION is 7700.

Could you possibly upload your UPGRADE.LOG file found in the C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ION Setup folder.
Either ION Setup is unable to detect the firmware for the ION9000 or something is wrong with it reading the information from the upgrade file.

Hi - looks like device firmware and serial number are empty in the file. Per Rob's comment - can you confirm ut3 is communicating?
