Hi all,
My ION Setup keeps crashing during the "Loading Network File".
I had the previous version of ION Setup and it was doing the same, I deleted it, downloaded the latest version yet it still keeps crashing.
I've checked firewall, drivers, privileges, yet can't find any issues.
Assistance would be appreciated, thank you.

Hello @Juan.duPlooy ,
ION Setup has 2 locations for files, a "program files" location and a data store location. One usually requires Admin permissions to write to so this is only used during install, after that the system information is written to another location. the default location is C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ION Setup . There should be 3 .dat files here, DEVINFO.DAT, IONSETUP.DAT and SITEINFO.DAT. Make a backup of these files and save in another location then delete files in C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ION Setup
Try and start ION Setup.
If this does not work I would reach out to your location technical support to start a case and troubleshoot with you.
Regards,
Charles
