Energy Meter / Power Meter KwH reading.

Hello people of the internet.

I have an issue regarding collecting data from a hardware.

The power meter that schneider provided is wonderful. Most of the costumer i found use them in their workplace. So our company are helping in assisting a software application development for energy monitoring.

One thing we notice is that the energy meter are working normally when we pull the data on each day. A problem occur only at certain time when its a start of new month. e.g image attachment.  

This graph tells that at the new month data from three sources are not readed correctly. The KwH got sudden decrease drop after the day change. We found it weird that this happen at every early month.
This occur at PM5350 and PM710.

Got any suggestion ?

Hello @kaeris ,

It looks like your devices have been configured to reset energy values at the start of each month. PM700 devices are really old and obsolete so I cannot help there. Perhaps there is software that has been programmed to reset the energy at the start of each month.
