what is the recomended solution for a customer (that is fairly close to the grid) that experience upstrem powerquality incedents (disturbances like Sag/swell) .
Using ION9000T /PME.

Interesting topic, many possible root causes (outside or inside factory/site) for a transient disturbance.
Check for other possible events with the timeline analysis module of PME. If your customer has the DDD module, it could be possible to locate the direction of the disturbance.
The disturbance of the transient event is very short and may be related to a load switching. Any idea of loads connected downstream ?

It seems like trancients is coming from outside of factory.
The high voltage main distrubution grid is not far away (300-500 meters or so)
