How to change ION meter password through ION Setup?

Hi all,

I have a customer that wants to set a format standard in all his ION7650/7600/8600 meters passwords. Now some of those devices have the default password and in other the password is related with serie number or another number. Those meters are installed in remote places so it's difficult to change the meter password via panel frontal.

I wondered the possibility of change the password remotely, so, could you tell me how to change the password through ION Setup? Is it possible to do this? I have to consider some recommendations before change the meter password via access remote ?

From Setup Assistant menu you can go to Security option to change password by edit the Security Mode option.
