Hello SE expert,
I am using ION8650 and US ION template which comes with IEEE519 2014 template modules. All settings are configured properly, meters enabled in PME more than 7 days, however, when I run the Harmonic Compliance Report in web application, got error: "No framework data detected. Check your device to ensure the correct framework is installed."
pls help guide how to fix this.
Thanks
Leo

Hello @Liangchen1982 ,
First suggestion I would have is confirm that the meter is indeed logging the measurements and that the measurement names match what PME is expecting. The measurement names as seen in PME would be like the following. Note that V1 would be duplicates to V2 and V3, I1 would be duplicated for I2 and I3.
519 Volt enum, 519 I_L, 519 I_SC, 519 Mx Dmd IL, V1-Hrm X, V1-Hrm X1, V1-Hrm X2, Valid XY, V-Hrm X1, V-Hrm X2, Invalid XY, V1-Hrm Z, V1-Hrm Z1, V1-Hrm Z2, Valid Z, V-Hrm Z1, V-Hrm Z2, Invalid Z, I1-Hrm X, I1-Hrm X1, I1-Hrm X2, I-Hrm X1, I-Hrm X2, I1-Hrm Y, I1-Hrm Y1, I1-Hrm Y2, I-Hrm Y1, I-Hrm Y2, I1-Hrm Z, I1-Hrm Z1, I1-Hrm Z2, I-Hrm Z1, I-Hrm Z2, V1 fund 10m, V1 H(x) % 10m, I1 fund 10m, I1 H(x) %D 10m, Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion 10-minute Mean on Input V1, Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion 10-minute Mean on Input V2, Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion 10-minute Mean on Input V3, I1 TDD 10m, I2 TDD 10m, I3 TDD 10m.
Note that PME measurement name and meter label may not always match. PME does sometimes have a mapping for example Voltage Total Harmonic Distortion 10-minute Mean on Input V3 is too long a label to fit on a meter.
Regards,
Charles
