EM4928E troubles with split core 50A output 0.333V
Hello everyone,
I'm having troubles with an EM4928E. The client have split core 50A output 0.333V and they requested to use them in an EM4928E to measure a new area. When I connect one CT (50A) to the meter in phase A it shows a value of 60A in the real time reading (ION Setup) and the rest of the readings of the other channels for phase A showed altered. For example in the channel (phase A) where are installed 100A split core the reading goes to 120A and the channels (phase A) where are installed 200A split core the readings goes to 240A. The other two phases were normal. I tried moving the 50A CT to phase B and phase C and the behavior looks the same (but in the corresponding phase). I tried also another free channels and behavior still the same.
After that, I tried with the same 50A CT in a BCPMSCE60 and it worked good. That meter showed the correct reading. So, I thought that maybe these 50A CT are not compatible with EM4928E. I looked for the documentation and I find out that they should be compatible, but they are not working.
Is there something I need to do in the configuration in ION Setup for the meter to work with these 50A split core CT?
