Hello,
I am trying to setup some Alarms with PM850 device. For me it is not clear how to define the Setpoint Pickup and Dropout in ION Setup.
What are common settings for Europe? And how long should be the Delay? (fastest =0 ?)
should this be set on base of Min/Max values?
1) i want a notification if current voltage is +-10% and stop if the current voltage is +-8%
2) i want a notification if the voltage changes +-5% from the nominal voltage.
3) notification if the sinus changes?
is this possible?

To implement this, 4 alarm settings are required.
1. Over Current
2. Over Voltage
3. Under Current
4. Under Voltage
If required you may create separate alarms for each phase.
Setpoint Pickup is the alarm trigger point and at Setpoint Dropout the alarm gets turned off. Please see below example for over and under current setting. Select "Relative (% of Avg) to use % value of nominal voltage of current as a trigger point.
Select the priority as per your requirement. It is required to set some Delay. 0 delay indicates that the alarm is inactive and it will not give any notification, so make sure to enter some value in delay. 1 sec delay is the fastest.
As per the below example,
1. The over current alarm will trigger if the current raises over 110% of the nominal current and stay over 110% for at least 1 sec and it will be turned off if the nominal current fall below 108% and hold it below 108% for more than 1 sec.
2. The under current alarm will trigger if the current drop below 90% of the nominal current and stay below 90% for at least 1 sec and it will be turned off if the nominal current raises over 92% and hold it over 92% for more than 1 sec.
Similarly you may create alarm for over and under voltage also.

I'm not an expert on the PM850, but the ION Setup alarm setup is designed to mimic what was available by the older PMCU/SMS configuration software so the UI is mostly similar.
I think you should refer to the PM850 manual but my best guess here is that you'll want to check the "Relative (% of Avg)" checkbox and then enter the values of 110 for Pickup and 108 for the Dropout. Delays would be how long (in seconds) you want to be above the 10% and below the 8% to consider the alarm to go ON (or OFF). You would do this for all the current alarms and then similarly make changes for the voltage ones (it sounds like you need to create additional Under current alarms as well (or replace some of the existing ones if you've run out of available standard alarms).
If you don't check the "Relative (% of Avg)" checkbox, then the Pickup and Dropout values are interpreted as absolute values instead of percentages (i.e. a value of 500 would be 5.00 amps above since its multipled by x 0.01).

thank you. But to my understanding with the PM800 Series User guide.
The PM850 should have 33 standard alarms.
but in ION Setup there are 40 Alarms but every Alarm is disabled.

The answer of Mituh Paul is correct but not complete.
First remark if you select priority None (0) This alarm will not appear in a list of alarms in your scada.
Priority 1 : on the display of the PM alarm flash up to reset this alarm even if alarm disappear.
Priority 2 and 3 on the display of the PM alarm flash up as soon as alarm desappear flash up stop (This setting is recommanded when your PM is connected to a scada)
Second remark when you select "Relative" if the value of voltage, current increase slowly your average value increase also and the setpoint that you would like to detect is not what you think.
I prefer to use a thrue value. I Europ the standard give nominal value and range. For each customer I calculate the setpoint.
Last remark If you more alarm for example E setpoint for over voltage you can add this new alarm, but the number of alarm is limited in the list.
If the message "is not possible" appear you can delete an alarm that you don't use and create your alarm.

It depends on the device type you are working with, I would suggest to review the device User Guide, there is usually a section that describes how to configure alarms if the device has on board alarm capabilities, otherwise it is possible to configure PC alarms and there is a good solid example on the PME User Guide Pg 195 Common Virtual Processor applications if there are any further questions please let us know
