Smart-UPS connected to EcoStruxure IT using an NMC

If your Smart-UPS is connected to EcoStruxure IT using a Network Management Card and you subscribe to IT Expert, you can update the NMC firmware directly in IT Expert.

To update the firmware on the Smart-UPS device, use a serial or USB connection and the Smart-UPS Firmware Upgrade Wizard.

Smart-UPS connected to EcoStruxure IT using the ethernet port

If you registered your Smart-UPS with EcoStruxure IT using its ethernet port, you update the firmware on the device using a serial or USB connection and the Smart-UPS Firmware Upgrade Wizard.

You'll find the latest firmware for your device in the wizard.
