Yes. One Smart-UPS with a SmartConnect ethernet port counts as one node in IT Expert.
Each Smart-UPS is counted as a node regardless of whether it is connected to EcoStruxure IT by its SmartConnect port or discovered in the Gateway using an NMC, or, for some models, Modbus.
