How to delete a Smart-UPS from the SmartConnect portal

To delete a Smart-UPS from your account on the SmartConnect portal:

1. Log in to the Smart-Connect portal at http://smartconnect.apc.com
2. Find the UPS in the list and click Delete UPS.

This action deletes all UPS data, including UPS profile details, UPS event logs, and warranty extension details. This action cannot be undone.

Any events that occur after the UPS is registered with a subsequent account will be logged to the event log, and any configured email notifications will be sent, as expected.
