Hi all!
I have found a bug in StruxureOn GW 1.0.2.9: for the unclear reasons not all connected sensors (for example, dry contacts) to cascade connected NBRK0200+NBPD0150 are displayed. I.e. a part of sensors is displayed, and a part isn't. In StruxureOn GW is used signed DDF catalog Version 1.1.2.11-SNAPSHOT from December 19, 2016.
Very thanks for the support.

Dear Brian Behbehani,
I am glad to inform, that starting from the release of EcoStruxure IT Gateway 1.5.1.30, it became possible to view all sensors under NBRK0200+NBPD0150 devices. Great work!
Very thanks for the support.
The question is solved 😀.

Good Morning,
Sorry for the trouble that you are having with the SXon Gateway. Would you mind please giving me a little more detail. Are you not seeing all the information in the Gateway itself or the mobile app? If it is the mobile app are you seeing the name of the sensor, but the app shows a ' - ' where you expect the data? What kind of sensors are showing this information? This information will help us to troubleshoot and diagnose what you are seeing.
Thanks,
Rick

Hi Rick Ogren,
Are you not seeing all the information in the Gateway itself or the mobile app?
It is about web-interface of StruxureOn Gateway 1.0.2.9 with signed DDF catalog Version 1.1.2.11-SNAPSHOT from December 19, 2016.
What kind of sensors are showing this information?
For example, dry contacts NBES0304 and temperature/humidity sensors AP9335TH. And only a part above the specified sensors of both types is displayed (randomly). This statement is fair both for NBRK0200 and for NBPD0150 (two devices).
Very thanks for the support.

Hello,
I was wondering if you could possibly supply a screenshot of what you are seeing so I can get a better idea of what is going on? There is currently a bug logged against the AP9335TH not displaying temperature/humidity sensors, but I would like to see what is going on regarding the NBRK0200 and NBPD0150 sensors.
Thanks,
Nick

Hi Nicholas St. Pierre,
My currently work devices configuration is: NBRK0200+NBPD0150+NBPD0150 (under the names BVV1+BVV2+BVV3). In attachment I send two zip-files:
NBRK200.zip – screenshots of real configuration from web-interface of NetBotz;
SXOn_NBRK200.zip – screenshots the same NetBotz from StruxureOn web-interface.
Very thanks for the support.

Hello spezialist,
Can I get a screenshot of what you see in Gateway and what you see on the device. You can sent them to my email. Jason.Dutra@schneider-electric.com.
As mentioned in the other ticket After upgrade to SxOn GW 1.2.0.12 not posible monitoring and discovering the power meter "Asco G5 Group Controller" via Modbus interface? There is a targeted read function with StruxureOn but currently it is for modbus only. If necessary we can provide an SNMP walk tool you can run and send us the results for the time being.

Dear Jason Dutra,
The screenshots you are asking about can be found in my comment above for Nicholas St Pierre in this thread. Additionally, I send them to you in an e-mail. These screenshots a year ago (February 2017), but since then nothing has improved, i.e. the problem exists.
Thanks for clarifying about targeted read function with StruxureOn: now I understand, that this is only applicable to Modbus devices.
Very thanks for the support.

Thank you spezialist I received your walk file and was able to simulate your device. I too am seeing the issue. I am unsure if it is a ddf or server side issue. I will push to have this addressed in an upcoming release.
