Hi Tanawat,
Can you please add more details about this installation/setup.
Is it a usual/normal installation or customized installation?
did it work before?
what changes have been done just before appearance of the issue?
Kind regards

I have installed on VM last week and it works.
Only upload back up, restore and create a new floor plan.
Now root file system is used 99%.

Hi Tanawat,
It seems the sever dose not have enough resources such as storage capacity.
System requirements/recommendations are described here:
https://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/display/UADCO8x/System+requirements
I would recommend a clean installation, the minimum recommendation is 4 CPU, 16 GB RAM and at least 100 GB storage, and then restoring the latest backup file.
Please let me know, if you have questions, thanks.
Kind regards
