Hello,
We have a NetBotz 250 (Model : NBRK0250), that we received with the software 6.4.4.
By opening a SSH session and asking for the available commands (with : "?") we get the available System commands and the Device commands.
At some time we have been able to run the device commands "nbthsensor" and "nbinpsensor", to get the status of our sensors (temperature and doors sensors).
Since then we have updgraded the firmware to a newer version, but now, when we ask for the available Device commands ("?"), only the "modbus" command is available.
Why have the other commands disappeared ?
Do you know any mean to get them back ?
We have tried to install the original software (in our case 6.4.5 has been reinstalled), however we have no improvements concerning the device commands (they are still missing).
Thanks,
Regards,
Laurent Dulac

Dear Laurent,
I do not recommend to use an older version. The latest firmware version of NBRK0250 is 6.6.7. I can see all the device commands.
FYI
I hope this helps.

Bala
