Unable to add PAS600 to EEH

Hi team,

I am experiencing issues when trying to add PAS600 to an account using the PAS serial number.

it is saying "Lookup could not find a connected gateway or equipment."

The PAS600 is connected to the cloud and showing 2 green tick status.

Sorry correction, this is for PAS800L

previously this was part of APM tenant, not sure if this may be the issue?

yes that is what i needed and now resolved by sending a support ticket related to ETP removal.
