Problems configuring the Site and dragging items

Hi, I'm trying to connect Power Monitoring Expert (PME) with EEH, but I'm having trouble configuring my Site. I can't drag any equipment, panelboard... nothing into any view.

I mainly need to configure the energy view. (I'm sending an attachment where you can see that nothing is configured. Furthermore, I'm also sending a screenshot with the symbol that appears when I try to drag an object).

I don't know if this information is useful, but I currently have the Feature Bundle (ECC & EDMA) and EEH - Api Access modules.

I was about to delete my post now that it worked, but I'll leave it because it might help someone else. I invited my colleague to join my organization, and with his account, he was able to make changes. So, I asked if I could use his account.

I was surprised to find out that even his account wasn't working on my computer. Finally, I tried logging into a private tab or opening a new Google tab (in the guest profile), and to my surprise, it worked!

Thanks, for sharing the experience.  I'm not too sure what could have created the issue here.  Perhaps it was your user privileges.  Does your account have Admin privileges?  That would be required to be able to modify the hierarchies.  If not that, then perhaps something with your browser settings...
