Hi, We've finally got our subscription connected to EH but we have noticed we are getting negative values from one of the Main Incomers. Pretty sure the Meter is set up the wrong way round but we've noticed on EH that there is an option for "Meter Wiring Reversed".
We've switched it on and given it an hour to refresh but still getting negative values.
Is this what the facility is for ?
Does it retrospectively update the previous recorded values so they aren't negative ?
If not who can I contact to have the negative values switched to positive.
Any support greatly appreciated

Hi James - I don't believe that Energy Hub will reverse the values. Can you share a screenshot of this facility so I know what you're referring to? I think most likely this will require some meter configuration changes so that Energy Hub will read the values as positive.
