Hi Experts,
Just wondering, can either PAS600 AND PAS800 store the data? My understanding is that the data gets stored in cloud. Is it correct?

Hello there,
All our supported gateways including PAS600 and PAS800 have an onboard data buffer when connected to cloud applications. Both PAS gateway models buffer data for approximately a month. So, in the event that there is a loss of communication between the gateway and our cloud platform, the data will be backfilled as soon as the connection is restored.
The data is then stored in Energy Hub's cloud database for historical viewing.
Thanks for the question, and I hope that helps!
Mathew

Hey @Mathew_Losey , If the PAS800 is connected to EEH will it still store the data onboard (3 years) and be able to be viewed from the PAS webpage?

Yes the PAS800 will both publish measurements on cloud and store the data on board.
3 years of logging is a typical duration but you can refine this duration by refering to this link: Panel Server user manual -calculation of logged measurement
measurements trends can be viewed in Panel Server Embedded web page. However, this trend will be displayed on GMT time (Dual time management GMT + local time not yet managed in Panel Server and forecasted for a future firmware version)
Best Regards
