SER8000 series room controllers
Cause
Integration to SER8000 room controllers via Modbus is required.
Resolution
Currently, the SER8000 series room controllers communications options are Zigbee Pro or BACnet MS/TP. Refer to the SER8300 datasheet.
To communicate on Modbus RS-485, an option would be to use the multi purpose manager (MPM-UN) as a gateway device.

As per Product Annoucement PA-00428, the SE8000 with firmware 1.3 can now act as a Modbus slave using the RS-485 port.
