I'm attempting to update from firmware 3.26.9 to the latest 3.27.9 on the AP9834 USB Wifi units on my SRT1500XLA and SRT3000XLA. I have placed the firmware ism file onto a FAT32 USB drive and attempted to update from both the UPS USB port and the NMC3 USB port.
In both cases, the update fails citing "Invalid File". I have confirmed in the logs the USB drive is detected correctly.
I am unsure how to proceed with updating as the documentation around wifi firmware updating is essentially nonexistent and there do not appear to be any intermediate versions I can attempt upgrading to.

So it turns out, nowhere in the documentation says USB drives plugged into the network card mount to D:\ instead of C:\.
In addition, the example in the docs for updating the wifi firmware shows no drive name necessary in the command.
